Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer, Sr. Staff

What You’ll do
  • CQE will work closely with Sales/FAE Teams and Key customer supplier quality management located in Taipei.  
  • Primary job functions include address customer quality related inquiries/data requests, support customer portal inputs, hold quality reviews to improve scorecard rating, and work with global teams across us to drive containment, root cause and corrective/preventive actions.
Skills You’ll Need
  • B.S. required in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written English communication to interact with Malaysia and US Teams.
  • Experienced in Quality systems and tools (8D), and prior experience to understand the US and Taiwan customer mindset.
  • General knowledge of IC manufacturing and testing process, with the ability to interpret FA and ATE/bench results and data
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin communication skill
