Our client is a highly successful biotechnology company and a leading global supplier to biopharmaceutical and medical device companies with just under 10,000 employees. 
In order to ensure the strong growth the company has been experiencing for years (double-digit percentage growth in sales and employees), 
we are looking for a Customer Quality Manager (m/f/d) to globally manage one of its key client. 

The position would also require some presence at the site which is located east of Babylon, New York

Your tasks:
- Act as main quality contact of a global key client of the company (remote as well as on-site at different locations of the customer)
- Responsibility for customer complaint management globally including management of escalation processes for critical complaints
- Definition and review of quality-relevant key figures and measures within the scope of project management
- Performance of business audits
- Lead the creation, review and negotiation process for Quality Agreements
- Participate in customer for cause audits, in target and routine audits as well as in quality-related workshops

Your profile:
- A degree in natural or engineering sciences or a comparable education
- Relevant professional experience in supplier/customer quality management in the pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech industry
- Sound knowledge of the relevant standards (ISO 13485/GMP/ISO 9001)
- Experience in 8D methodology and FMEA / Risk Analysis, with consideration of all compliance aspects
- Strong communication skills, commitment and high customer orientation
- Willingness to travel (~30%)
