Based on the global D&T strategy, drive major Distribution & Transportation projects with a solid project management approach in order to: enable growth & channel transformation towards D2C and optimize cost & quality of service.

Based on the global D&T strategy, drive major Distribution & Transportation projects with a solid project management approach in order to: enable growth & channel transformation towards D2C and optimize cost & quality of service.
Location: Utah or Ontario
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the global D&T strategy, with main focus on project management for the ASA region (Canada, USA and Mexico)
- Define, organize, supervise and lead ASA D&T projects
- Subject and case-related (depending on skills and workload of team members), drive also with the regional team some global projects
- Own the concept & business case of the projects as well as all the defined demands (quality, cost, deadline…)
- Drive the project realization and be responsible for all the project resources (people, budget, final decisions, IT tools and support)
- Tracking & monitoring of running projects (cost / timing / risks / prioritization) and related communication
- Monitor the project success after the realization / GoLive
- Drive project hypercare following the GoLive until projects are properly handed over to the internal customers
- Propose improvement actions & plans for D&T
- Lead, develop and coach the regional project management team
- Minimum 5 years’ experience mandatory in Logistics / Warehousing / Transport, with contribution to significant logistics projects such as warehouse extension, warehouse automation and transformation to “Direct to Consumer” logistics approach.
- Expertise in Project management
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Basic knowledge of Lean management & continuous improvement methods
- Knowledge of safety rules in warehousing is a plus
- Data analysis
- Command of Microsoft Office
- Command of SAP is a plus
- Experience acquired at a logistics provider or logistic department in B2B/B2C industry or at a consulting agency
- Ability to communicate and give meaning
- Ability to motivate and federate
- Drive results
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind and ability to see the whole picture
