Responsibilities:
  • Translate Global initiatives into locally relevant strategies & executions, leveraging consumer data, insights and media platform best practices to drive brand awareness and local relevancy.
  • Help to build the NA 360 Consumer Engagement Calendar in partnership with Marketing and relevant stakeholders
  • Handle day to day tracking of asset delivery, ongoing agency statuses, program/activation reporting and ongoing budget tracking
  • Manage agency relationships on day to day basis inclusive of statuses, strategy and execution of plans, and ongoing reporting and optimizations
  • Work closely with Marketing and agency partners develop 360 program activations, provide recommendations for best practices in influencer, social and digital planning. Track campaigns, help evaluate results and provide feedback to all stakeholders
  • Report best practices and key-learnings to help elevate the level of execution and build expertise in digital consumer outreach.
  • Analyze competition and trends in Beauty and present findings
 
Online / Digital Media / Online 
  • Bring digital and social expertise to the forefront, educating and partnering with marketing and agency partners.
  • Manage and optimize full funnel digital & social marketing investment through the different channels.
  • Work with SVP Marketing and marketing counterparts to establish key NA program KPI’s across full funnel and spearhead the analysis and reporting of programs with agency counterparts
  • Own/Manage/Track digital advertising budget
  • Evaluate and own day to day relationships and communication with agencies and internal partners working together to improve ongoing strategy.
  • Work to create best in class campaigns that are trackable and provide learnings for future optimization
  • Support and partner with global team to influence strategic priorities and local relevance
  • Build holistic briefs for the agencies and internal stakeholders to drive on time launches, ongoing measurement and optimizations and formal recaps and of results
  • Partner with agencies to identify best Influencer opportunities & execute seamless integration of influencer content into paid media strategies
  • Develop programs with Marketing SVP to drive engagement online
  • Drive use of consumer data to elevate execution of programs and testing in NA
  • Work closely and partner with NA PR, E-comm, Product Marketing & Trade Marketing counterparts to drive seamless messaging strategy & execution for campaigns and launches
  • Partner with internal and external teams for planning cross channel media (influencer, social, search) for seamless execution
 
Requirements:
  • Position requires 2-5 years of experience in social/digital advertising or strategic planning in a media/Digital agency or a company known for its digital excellence
  • College/University degree required with specialization in marketing
  • Experience in Cosmetics or Fashion preferred
  • Excellent communications skills (written, spoken, presentations)
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, campaign planning, consumer engagement, web design
  • Proven experience in reporting on digital and social programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong creative and brand focus
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and analytical skills
