Global Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager will be in charge of three business units. To be successful in this role you should be passionate about designing and implementing a compensations & benefits strategy, in a scaling up environment. You should be able to reliably design and implement a benefit strategy working closely with each business group HRBP.

Main Purpose:
  • Sr. Compensation Manager it is responsible for development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures at global level with special focus on the US market.
  • This is a business focused, management facing role and requires strong customer service, business judgment, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Reporting directly to the Global People Vice President and working with the four HRBPs for each of the business units, this Sr Manager will have the opportunity of working with diverse people and different cultures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, development and implementation of compensation and Benefits programs in the US and at global level
  • Perform industry research and financial analysis related to compensation strategy and design, utilizing external peer data from surveys
  • Provide consulting and counsel to leadership and local HR regarding compensation related issues, leveling, pay recommendations and transactions like external offers.
  • Understand industry best practices to ensure our compensation and benefit offerings are "best in class", effective and fair/equitable and it aligns with our strategic goals and values, take care of our employees and policies are aligned to local environments and with the company´s overall total rewards philosophy
  • Run ongoing market analysis and develop data-driven recommendations for strategy, design and cost structure changes to ensure that we maintain a competitive advantage and meet the needs of our team members and our company
  • Monitor compensation legislation, industry trends and technologies to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Partner with external long term compensation plan administrators to ensure accurate updating and reporting

Candidate Profile:
  • 7+ years of experience in a compensation and/or benefits role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or an emphasis on Human Resources preferred
  • Knowledge of local pay practices and statutory requirements
