What we are looking for:
The Performance Marketing Director will leverage their online digital marketing skills, category knowledge, experience, and analytical expertise to ideate, innovate and direct execution of media buying strategies to drive customer acquisition growth.
The Director will closely follow the performance of advertising campaigns across all channels and clear communication to leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure the attainment of KPIs, especially regarding monthly financial goals.
The Director leads the performance media activity, from ideation and creative development to execution and optimization, working with creative designers, social media specialists, video producers, and media buyers to constantly improve and grow the brand sales and ROI.

Main Responsibilities:
  •  Manage the Paid Media budget, forecasting, and performance across all channels, including SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, Programmatic media, Video, and emerging media.
  • Lead partner agencies and guide the development of all channels' strategy, plan, and execution.
  • Coordinate and manage all media buying across media channels to maximize scale, efficiency, and media returns. Set up goals and targets for all buying teams and work alongside the agency to achieve them.
  • Develop strategies designed to crack new channels and to grow & optimize established channels, working closely with the US CEO and Digital teams: PR/Social, Planning/Content.
  • Own and lead analysis to influence and support a customer acquisition strategy that drives success across digital media channels.
  • Provide insight into optimizing creative performance and digital shopping experiences for new customers, including analyzing the performance of ad creative, landing pages, and offer optimization.
  • Work closely with the Creative & Social Media teams to create content and provide feedback and direction to make the most effective creative assets.
  • Partner with the brand PR/Social team to ensure that our end-to-end influencer programs are optimized for growth.
  • Evaluate marketing performance across multiple channels to identify areas of improvement and recommend channel-specific strategies.
  • Identify opportunities across marketing, analytics, data science, product, and UX that enable optimization of acquisition performance.
  • Oversee regular reporting of KPIs across acquisition channels
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field
  • 7+ years of experience across all aspects of Digital Marketing, including Google Analytics, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Advertising
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing in beauty or luxury product marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying and defining target audiences, able to translate them into buying audiences
  • Strong organizational and planning skills are essential, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
