We are looking for a Project Manager (starting date expected – September 2021)

In the mountains, on tourist sites or in cities, our client provides cable mobility solutions with the following trademark: An extremely complete range of technical solutions: conveyor belts, ski lifts, seat or cabin ropeways with fixed and detachable grip, special equipment such as funiculars, cable cars, inclined lifts, maximum comfort for end users, a design that eases operation and maintenance, customization of installations to differentiate each equipment and adapt to the needs and requirements of operators and a conception that considers environmental concerns (low noise, compact and elegant design for integration into the landscape) and durability of materials from the start.

Organization : The Project manager will report to hierarchically to the Sales Area Manager US and functionally to the French HQ

Location : US (near Hew Hampshire – New York States) + Business travels in US (on site for Waterville’s project) + Business travels to France. Willing to relocated

  • To support the transformation plan of the group sales organization, ensure its global deployment successfully and its continuous improvement (process, KPI, sales budget, communication with the sales team, rules, ….);
  • To monitor the group sales activity (KPIs, reporting) and to propose action plans to improve it;
  • To drive business development activity when required by the Group Sales director and coordinate global projects in a commercial phase;
  • To help manage the generalization of the CRM internally for the entire sales force (parameters, evolution, training, …);
  • The Project Manager can (on the request of the Sales Director) act as a business developer, typically on markets where prospection and business development are required from him to structure the global presence of the company, before regular sales teams take the lead.

  • Adaptability;

  • Communication;
  • Speaking French (asset);
  • Engineering degree (and strong back ground in the Ropeway’s business, as consultant / Engineer / producer / operator);
  • Basic CAD skills (Autocad).
