Morgan Philips are delighted to be working exclusively working with a market leading client in the professional services sector to hire an experienced Recruitment Business Partner. This is a permanent opportunity paying $90-110,000pa + 20% bonus and great benefits. The company offers hybrid working with 60% working in the New York office. 

The position will report to Global  Head of People and willbe instrumental in driving the growth of the business across North America. 
As part of a new People team in the US, you will be focused on providing a proactive, effiecient, best practice talent acquisition experience that supports the long-term strategic aims of the business.

Your Role:
* Partner with the business to a customer-centric recruitment experience for both the hiring manager and candidate. 
* Use data driven methodologies, new technology and a proactive approach, you will ensure we find the right people for the role.
* You will focus on developing a local talent acquisition strategy for North America that aligns to current and future talent needs.
* Continually identify new improvements and ways of working to optimize the recruitment process.
* Implement and localise employer brand both internally and externally.
* Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
* Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in opportunities.
* Work with hiring managers in a consultative way by sharing competitive analysis, market knowledge and talent pools to ensure the best possible hiring outcome.
* Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.

Your profile: 
* Graduate calibre or relevant experience
* Gravistas and the ability to partner effectively with leaders and HR colleagues to support achievement of strategic objectives 
* Experience working with and executing niche recruitment ideally within the professional services sector
* Quick thinking problem solver; able to apply initiative and be proactive
* Good knowledge of US recruitment practice and law.  
* Good understanding of US comp & bens in relevant organisations is extreemely useful, but not essential.
• Canadian recruitment experience would also be useful, but not essential
