Leader in the development of global brands throughout the Americas' travel retail market is searching for Sales Representatives in Miami, Florida

Leader in the development of global brands throughout the Americas' travel retail channel is searching for Sales Representatives to sell products of world recognized brands by identifying leads, effectively following up new prospects and providing outstanding customer service in the process of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Collaborating with the Category Manager to maintain and strengthen the business relationships with current retail operators, the Sales Representative will:

Sales and Service:
• Introduce and promote the sale of the portfolio’s products to prospective customers and current clients.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Total understanding of product inventory, features, and technical specifications to respond customer´s questions.
• Provide customers with product knowledge and demonstration of applicable items’ features and benefits.
• Keep clients informed about preferred customer sales and upcoming products of their potential interest.
• Participate with the Category Manager in the execution of sales strategies to achieve sales goals of POS.
• Participate with the commercial team in the creation of annual sales budgets, sales reports or any other documentation required for executive-level presentations.
• Develop and implement territory action plans through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results on the field.
• Attend weekly commercial team meetings and provide upper management with information about sales to existing and newly acquired accounts, revised goals if applicable and possible operational obstacles if any.
• Travel will be required for face-to-face meetings and to attend trade fairs or other related events. Minimum of 25% of travel annually.

Client development:
• Generate leads. Utilize email, video conferences or face-to face meetings to reactivate former accounts, maintain customer loyalty and to address issues or problems when they come up.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM Management.

Merchandising:
• Analyze inventory and execute strategies to guarantee a healthy stock rotation with the support of the ERP System.
• Keep the best practices and promotional trends up-to-date.
• Liaise with the Marketing Dept. to ensure the space, location, and visibility of the products at the POS.

Work experience & Education requirements:
• 3+ years of proven experience as a brand manager, sales associate or similar, preferably in a lifestyle brands environment.
• The ideal candidate must have travel retail experience with established relationship within the industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Skills
• English and Spanish proficiency. Basic French will be valued.
• High proficiency in Excel, Power Point and/or related.
• High communications skills and excellent customer service level with a strong commercial orientation.
• Prospecting skills or ability to research potential buyers, negotiating and closing skills.
• Flexible, autonomous and proactive. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.
• Positive, optimistic and open to active communication. Ability to integrate a multicultural team.
• Highly motivated and results driven.
• Patient and good listener.
