Our client is a publicly traded master limited partnership (MLP) that develops, acquires, owns or controls, and operates primarily fee-based assets and operations within the energy midstream sector. Headquartered in Houston, TX, they provide broad-ranging infrastructure solutions across the value chain to service premier liquids-rich natural gas and crude oil shale plays across the United states. What we are looking for:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for meeting and exceeding staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and ensuring the Company is hiring the best and most qualified talent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Continuously evaluate all compensation programs to ensure competitiveness with the market
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting to include, but not limited to, sourcing, telephone screens, face to face interviews, background checks and extending job offers in order to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Develop a recruiting strategy to execute a process to best meet hiring needs, ensure a positive experience for candidates and adjust the strategy to meet changing business priorities.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Conduct regular follow–up meetings, including debriefs with Managers/ Business Partners to discuss status of requisitions and interviews of candidates.
- Post positions to appropriate sources, including Crestwood’s website.
- Develop and build a pipeline of qualified candidates in order to meet staffing goals and objectives.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules; and escorting applicant to interviews.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
- Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers.
- Drive and implement recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and inform key decisions and provide solutions.
- Recommend ways to enhance, improve, and/or streamline the recruiting process by working in partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.rs and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Abide by Company policies and procedures.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- PHR, CIR and/or AIRS certifications preferred.
- Oil&Gas industry experience preferred.
- Should have at least 3 years in full cycle recruiting in a Corporate environment.
- Must be proficient in MS office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Must be proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize work.
- Able to provide feedback to candidates, HR management and Business Partners in a timely fashion.
- 1 year HR Generalist work preferred.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and able to effectively communicate with staff, management, customers and vendors.
- Must possess sound reasoning skills and have the ability to follow directions.
