The responsibilities of the Administrative & Procurement Officer will be the following:
- Perform and oversee all administrative tasks related to purchase and sales process, including preparing and processing orders, supplier invoices, and internal approvals / Prepare and manage orders confirmation, supplier invoices, and related documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely administrative support for procurement and logistics operations.
- Maintain and update records in the systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth order processing.
- Assist to prepare reporting as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role,
A proven proficiency in SAP/ Salesforce/or Odoo will be an asset,
Good level of English is required.
