Your mission:
As Head of Total Rewards, you will be at the helm of designing and implementing a compensation framework that supports business goals, empowers talent retention, and ensures cost efficiency. You will play a central role in shaping how rewards are structured and delivered in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the company’s total rewards strategy in alignment with business priorities and organizational structure.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to personnel costs, working closely with Finance and HR Controlling.
- Lead the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits administration.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the talent market.
- Ensure compliance with local labor and tax regulations while adapting policies to global governance standards.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on high-level transformation projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, or organizational redesigns.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- A solid track record of at least 5 years in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits role within a multinational, matrixed environment.
- Proven experience in managing teams and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum); Spanish is a must.
- Experience in HR controlling or compensation systems is a plus, but not essential.
