Our client, educational multinational company,  is looking for an Content & Communication Marketing Manager to maximise the attraction, conversion, and retention in their schools, by designing and setting the right and overall content & communication strategy. To create “shareable & valuable” content that will contribute to the schools’ brand positioning. By identifying high quality and engaging content, to lead and manage the creation and production of omni channel marketing contents through the right communications platforms. This position will be key in ensuring that effective operational plans are in place to provide assurance of the delivery of the objectives to the Head of Marketing and the Leadership Team.
Definition of the brand content strategy: 
  • Oversee, gather, and evaluate relevant competitors ´ contents and information (through the overall comms channels), to review our brand positioning and identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyse web traffic & conversion, social media metrics as well as customer feedback (VoP, joiners and non-joiners’ surveys) to set new goals for growth. Build and track benchmarks to measuring success and ROI.
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives by identifying educational and social engaging content to drive traffic, leads and a higher engagement, all to deliver sales and retention.
Implementation of the brand content strategy: 
  • Build and manage an enriched comms segmented contents calendar that attracts our qualified key audiences to our owned channels with a focus on attraction (creative campaigns, website optimisation plan / SEM / annual social & media plan / P.R. annual plan), conversion (sales collaterals) and retention (enriched editorial workflow annual calendar and parents feedback response protocol).
  • Define and manage the process, timings, and outputs of the operational comms team planning framework, ensuring the delivery of the objectives.
  • Manage and optimise our regular quality control automation, the lead nurturing processes and the customers ´satisfaction.
  • Re-planning through a KPI model to analyse and control the effectiveness (leads / conversion / retention and brand awareness impact)
Brand value responsibility
  • Work collaboratively with the comms team in the development and evolution of the schools, brand value (lead and coordinate the implementation of the corporate /schools, comms calendar and the Spain overall comms initiatives).
  • Work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager (Commercial/Business) to boost the overall products portfolio and to feed and enrich the overall marketing analysis through the comms outputs, SEO & SEM results, and the parents ´feedback 
  • University Degree; postgraduate studies in Marketing/Communications.
  • Results driven senior profile with at least 5/10 years of meaningful experience in creating content and growing the audience.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Capable of demonstrating substantial experience with designing and implementing a marketing contents strategic plan that drives interest / conversion / retention. High digital and social knowledge coupled with a deep understanding of SEO and SEM.
  • Long experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and top media channels.
  • A team player able to generate high impact, through strategic and tactical programmes, that establish branding and market dominance.
