Product & Innovation Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Product & Innovation Manager to take ownership of the global product portfolio strategy. This role involves managing the current offering while driving the development of innovative, market-aligned products to enhance our brand's competitive edge. The ideal candidate will focus on creating products that meet consumer preferences and market trends, fostering continuous innovation to maximize brand value across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Portfolio Management: Define, oversee, and optimize the global product portfolio, ensuring alignment with quality standards and business objectives.
• New Product Development: Identify opportunities for innovation based on market trends and consumer insights, leading internal validation processes and the global launch of new products.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze consumer, competitor, and technology trends to anticipate and adapt to market demands.
• Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure product innovation aligns with market needs and operational feasibility.
• Performance Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and provide strategic insights to adjust the portfolio and support business goals.

Requirements:.

• Relevant education in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Design, or related fields. 
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in similar roles within the food sector (retail or hospitality).
• Proficiency in English (C1) and willingness to travel internationally (e.g., markets, trade fairs).
• Strong Excel skills and exceptional analytical capabilities.
