We are seeking for one of our clients, a Senior Compensation & Rewards Expert to help lead the way.

💼 What You’ll Do

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve our compensation and benefits strategy across multiple geographies.

• Drive annual salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive processes in alignment with our business and talent goals.

• Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, and senior stakeholders to ensure our reward programs support performance, attraction, and retention.

• Lead or contribute to global C&B projects such as grading frameworks, benefits harmonization, and total reward communication.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in a matrix organization.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data visualization skills.

• Deep understanding of reward principles, benchmarking, job evaluation (e.g. Mercer, HAY), and market analysis.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• A proactive, business-oriented professional with strong communication and influencing skills.
