What You’ll Do
- Strategic HR Partner: Work closely with senior management to define and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Co-lead and execute HR core processes across organizational management, talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law, and change management.
- Employee Advocate: Be the go-to person for employee counselling, helping to resolve issues while promoting a positive work environment.
- Drive HR Projects: Lead impactful HR initiatives and partner with business units on key projects that foster growth and development.
- Influence & Advise: Provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR matters, from local labor law to strategic decision-making.
- Global Interaction: Work alongside a global network of HR professionals, contributing to projects and strategies across multiple regions.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; postgraduate studies (MBA preferred).
- 10+ Years of HR Expertise: Experience in Senior HRBP or HR Management roles within multinational, matrixed organizations.
- Generalist HR Profile with Strong Expertise in the following CHR Areas: Proven experience and deep knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Organization, and Labour Relations.
- Experience with Works Councils and Union Negotiations: Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with employee representatives, works councils, and unions to drive successful outcomes.
- Labour Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local labour legislation, including compliance, contracts, and employee relations matters.
- Business Acumen: A strategic mindset and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring success through people.
- Communication Mastery: Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in using data and metrics to drive decision-making and HR strategy.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to align HR strategies with business needs, balancing both operational and strategic objectives.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with various business leaders to implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and drive negotiations with a focus on business outcomes and employee satisfaction.
- Languages: Native Spanish speaker with C1+ or C2-level English proficiency.
