What will be your responsibilities?
- Contribute to developing strategies to strengthen the client company's employer brand and increase its appeal to candidates.
- Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to craft the ideal profile we're seeking in the market, implementing innovative strategies to unearth the best candidates. 🎯
- Accompany the Hiring Manager throughout the entire process, adjusting our needs and priorities in real-time. 🔄
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sources such as databases, social networks, job fairs, and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews and initial assessments to determine candidates' suitability based on position requirements.
- Develop creative candidate sourcing strategies, exploring unique solutions to attract the most valuable profiles for our organization. 🌟
- Maintain effective communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the selection process.
- Use technological tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to optimize and streamline the selection process.
- Provide data analysis and regular reports on key selection process metrics, helping the client company evaluate effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects aligned with the company's needs, continuously optimizing our processes and ensuring we stay at the forefront of search methodologies. 🚀
- Contribute new attraction and evaluation strategies through innovative and more digital tools.
- Collaborate on other cross-functional projects within the HR/Recruitment department, such as process management, TA strategies, training, etc.
- You possess a university education that supports your ability to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions. 🎓
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- You're a person who enjoys their profession.
- You thrive in fostering a positive and healthy work environment.
- You enjoy being in contact with people and learning from different businesses.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English. Additional languages are a definite plus. 🌐
