✅ Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles across a variety of industries – no specific sector experience needed!
✅ Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand their needs and design smart hiring strategies
✅ Lead national and international searches, becoming an integrated member of the client’s Talent Acquisition team
✅ Use innovative sourcing tools and stay ahead of recruitment trends
✅ Own the process: from briefings and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up
✅ Conduct proactive Talent Mapping for critical roles
✅ Drive improvements and efficiencies in client-side recruitment processes
