💬 Role Purpose ⚡️
Plan, manage, and execute sales operations for parts and services through distributors and key clients, aiming to meet sales, gross margin, and market share targets set by the corporation. Monitor all activities to ensure product availability and exceptional customer service.
 

⚠️ Minimum Requirements:
📚 Knowledge of the truck parts industry, commercial strategies, management techniques, administration, marketing, distribution, finance, market analysis, leadership, and team management.
👨🏻‍💻 5 to 10 years of solid experience leading commercial teams in the auto parts industry.
🖐🏼 Fluent in English / Microsoft Office / Power BI / CRM / Materials Management.
