The role involves strategically leading the Human Resources area, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and managing a team of HR professionals. Key responsibilities include:
Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, development, and retention of talent.
Employee Relations: Promoting a positive work environment and proactively managing labor conflicts, including interactions with union representatives.
Compensation and Benefits: Developing and managing competitive compensation programs.
Performance Management: Designing and implementing systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor regulations in Spain, Latin America, and Europe.
Organizational Development: Driving organizational culture, employee engagement, and supporting change management.
HR Metrics: Analyzing data and presenting HR reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulation in Spain
- Experience in resolving complex disputes
- Build and Leading high-performance teams
- Ability to manage organizational change.
