His mission will be to collaborate with the implementation of the growth strategy of the energy business, through the coordination and execution of M&A operations as project manager in different geographies.
Functions:
- Lead and coordinate operations for the acquisition of energy projects.
- Coordination and management of the execution of transactions in case of being awarded.
- Negotiation of the purchase contract together with the legal department.
- Serve as a point of contact for financing department, supporting and coordinating the Due Diligence phase.
- Follow-up and supervision of compliance with the conditions of the contract until its closing.
- Facilitate the flow of information between the finance, analytics, development, legal, and technical departments teams during the transaction process.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering (with subsequent training in finance) and with a high knowledge of project finance.
- Master's Degree in Finance or an MBA is a plus.
- Experience in M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector with complex financing structures is essential.
- A very high level of English is essential
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
