At Morgan Philips Executive Search, we are currently looking for a Plant Manager for our European customer with production plant in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.
To be eligible for this role, you should be able to demonstrate solid experience in similar roles with work experience in highly automated production lines.

Furthermore, these are some specifications.

Leadership

Lead a team of leaders who drive the strategic and operational objectives of the Plant.
Lead strategic/operational planning as part of the supply chain strategy

Technical scope

Responsible for maintaining a productive operation contiuously developing the main KPI’s: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Environment.
To sustainably improve and develop the production systems and processes, coordinate and prepare the required production factors, operating supplies & suppliers as well as equipment
Drives innovation across the organization (Transition process into plant and the introduction of new products and technologies on the plant).
Contributing to the Global Manufacturing Community and Business Units to achieve the Strategic targets defined (performance, product portfolio and supply footprint), through a continuous improvement culture.
Ensure the Nuclear Program is implemented and followed according to requirements.
Develop himself and other people on the job, within the organization and from own organization in other plants/org.
Other duties related to the position could be assigned by GM F&P as needed.

Commercial scope

Recruit, lead, develop and retain teams according to the corporate framework of HR processes and policies.
Responsible to comply with legal requirements within own area of responsibilty (Health, safety, environment).
General Management functionallity and GM office duties (Internal Controls, Legal, Environmental, Customs compliance, HR, Finance, Logistics, etc.)
Establish a preventive and effective crisis management culture incl. business interruption management
