Senior Analog Design Engineer (High Speed/SerDes)

【Responsibilities】：
★ Build and innovate high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits such as PCIe, DDR, HDMI transmitters and receivers using deep sub-micron CMOS technology for integration into SoC products.
★ Collaborate with the digital design team on specification definition.
★ Develop behavioral models for analog/digital co-simulation and evaluation.
★ Conduct compliance testing for SerDes IP.

【Qualifications】：
★ Familiar with high-speed SerDes specifications.
★ Knowledgeable in IC/SoC design flow.
★ Proficient in analog circuit simulation flow.
★ Hands-on experience in designing SerDes analog blocks.
★ Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

【Minimum Qualifications】：
★ Experience in audio analog IP design, such as Preamp, DAC, and ADC (including SAR and DSM architectures).

【Preferred Qualifications】：
★ Familiar with controller integration.
★ Experience with other baseband analog IPs, such as BGAP, LDO, XTAL, and PLL.
★ Knowledgeable in ESD protection, latch-up prevention, and I/O design.
★ Familiar with analog layout design flow.
