Job Description:

As a key member of the Client Management Team, the Advertising Account Manager is closely connected to various parts of the department. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of client accounts under your management, ensuring that all strategies are executed effectively and within budget.

As an experienced Account Manager, you possess the confidence and capability to serve and support a wide range of clients, from emerging brands entering the market to those with complex strategic needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and visits, keeping them informed of the latest developments in their advertising accounts and discussing new initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee budgets, track click-through rates, launch campaigns, and optimize the performance of Demand-Side Platform (DSP) activities.
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide professional insights.
  • Conduct brand and product research.
  • Support the Strategic Account Director and Strategic Account Manager in addressing the needs of key clients.
  • Assist advertising specialists in completing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with Amazon on client growth, budget control, strategy development, and client management.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other internal departments, including Finance, Engineering, Creative, and HR, as well as with stakeholders.

Requirement:

  • 3+ years of Sales/Account Management/Customer Success in Digital Solution/Ad/Agency experience
  • Proficient in Japanese (N2 or Above) 
  • Familiar with Ads e.g (DSP)、Google Ads、 Google Analytics、 Meta Ads
