Our client is a major actor in the automotive sector, based in Brussels and is actively looking for his/her Business Controller.
Reporting to the Head of Controlling, the main responsibilities of the Business Controller will be the following :
- Management and ownership of the monthly management reporting respecting the defined deadlines, working closely with the accounting and other financial departments,
- Analyses of the variances of the monthly reporting and closing,
- Management and ownership of the planning, forecast and budgeting processes working closely with various departments to ensure the budget and quarterly forecasts are accurate respecting the defined deadlines,
- Strong cooperation with the Sales department to evaluate the actual performance : Daily analyses of actuals and targets,
- Responsible of Ad-hoc analyses, projects and investments analyses,
- Conduct ICS controls (Internal Controls).
Profile, qualifications and required skills:
- Master’s Degree in Finance/Economics
- 4 years experience in Controlling or in Financial Auditing (Big4),
- Result-oriented and dedicated finance professional,
- Strong analytical skills, autonomous,
- Already worked with Excel, PowerBi and PowerPoint as well as good SAP knowledge,
- English is a must, as well as French or/and Dutch.
