An international automotive group is actively looking for a District Manager - Customer service & parts to join it's After Sales team truck division and support the 8 dealership groups representing 36 service points in Belgium & Luxembourg in their development.
Main missions :
- To analyze the business potential of each dealership in the region in collaboration with your colleagues and to steer and monitor the implementation of agreed actions.
- Maintain close relations with the dealer groups by visiting them regularly in order to be able to report regularly on each activity to the group.
- Contribute to the clarification of customer issues, involving other partners where necessary.
- Keep up to date with market information and share this with colleagues.
Ideal Profile :
- You are fluent in French, English and Flemish.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of the sector, in particular the service and parts sector.
- You have significant project management experience.
- You have good communication skills and are customer/service oriented.
- You will be able to achieve individual objectives as well as being a team player.
- You are familiar with performance indicators and have a good command of power BI.
Other :
Possibility of working 2 days a week from home, with compulsory attendance except in the office on Tuesdays for a business meeting with the team.
