Freelance Accounting and Compliance Specialist (F/M)

Our client, a leader in their industry, is actively seeking a Freelance Accounting and Compliance Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough review and audit of financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

• Identify discrepancies within financial data and implement corrective actions to ensure effective account reconciliation.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, month-end close processes, and preparation of accurate financial statements.

• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies.

• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on financial findings, offering valuable insights and actionable recommendations to Management.

Profile:

The candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with proven experience in audit and compliance.
Proficiency in both English and French is required to effectively communicate within a bilingual environment.
