Freelance District Manager

For one of our clients we are looking for a dynamic and motivated District Manager to drive the commercial and service objectives within the area Gent.

In this role, you will oversee the operations of approximately 20 offices, ensuring the professional and high-quality execution of processes that guarantee operational efficiency, boost productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

As a leader, you will guide and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results, creating a positive impact on business performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set clear weekly and daily targets (TOP 5 activities) to keep the team focused and motivated.
• Develop and implement action plans aligned with national and regional strategies to achieve cluster goals.
• Oversee seamless sales execution, including campaign follow-ups and team performance tracking.
• Utilize centrally developed tools to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.

Elevate Customer Satisfaction

• Implement customer-focused strategies to exceed satisfaction goals.
• Monitor satisfaction metrics and address gaps proactively.
