Our client, a real estate investment and management company specializing in property development and asset optimization is looking for its new Junior Property Manager to play a key role in the continued growth of the company.
As a Junior Property Manager, your role will be to ensure the operational and technical monitoring of the company’s real estate portfolio by:

As a Junior Property Manager, your role will be to ensure the operational and technical monitoring of the company’s real estate portfolio by:
- Ensuring that buildings remain in perfect condition ;
- Being the direct point of contact for occupants and managing their requests and complaints to ensure their full satisfaction ;
- Ensuring the organization of regulatory controls and the lifting of infringements ;
- Ensuring structured management of all administrative tasks related to your buildings (reports, permits, certificates, etc.) ;
- Be responsible for the conduct of general meetings ;
- Ensure the reporting relating to your real estate portfolio ;
Your profile:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field ;
- You have a perfect command of French and English. Dutch is considered as an asset;
- You have a first experience in the real estate sector ;
- You pay attention to detail and are result oriented ;
- You are able to understand problems, you are a good communicator and know how to reconcile different points of view ;
- Finally, you enjoy working independently and want to evolve in a start-up environment ;
