Real Estate Developer - Retail V/M

Our client, a prominent figure in the Retail industry, is currently seeking a motivated Real Estate Developer - Retail to join its team in Belgium.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential real estate development opportunities in Belgium.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability and feasibility of proposed projects.
• Collaborate with senior developers to prepare project proposals, including financial projections and timelines.
• Assist in negotiating and securing land acquisitions, leases, and other necessary agreements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support the overall real estate development strategy and objectives of the organization.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience or internship in real estate development, construction, or related industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, zoning regulations, and land use policies in the Wallonia region is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for real estate development and urban revitalization initiatives.
