Product Manager (F/M)

Our client (a banking institution) is looking for a Product Manager - Investments profile.
This role is responsible for managing the development, enhancement, and performance of investments products ensuring alignment with market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Product Strategy & Development: Define and execute the roadmap, ensuring competitive positioning and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion. 
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance, pricing, and structuring of portfolio ensuring optimal returns and risk management.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure offering complies with relevant legal, tax, and financial regulations, working closely with compliance teams. 
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports.

 Key Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management within banking, wealth management or asset management. 
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets and retail investment sales environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in product development and lifecycle management. 
• Proficiency in financial modeling and performance analysis.
• Ability to drive innovation and adapt to market trends. 
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
