Role Overview

As a Sr. IT Engineer, you will enhance the user experience by providing onsite support and ensuring efficient operations and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital employee experience at the site, driving productivity through consultancy and onsite support.
• Utilize data analytics tools for proactive support and resolve incidents within timelines.
• Manage IT hardware lifecycle and deskside support processes.
• Facilitate onsite services for events and collaborate with providers to enhance user experience.
• Lead local projects related to workplace infrastructure in partnership with product teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support the site’s budgeting process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced qualification in a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Knowledge of digital workplace tools, IT processes, and ticketing systems.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
