Truck Assistance Service Coordinator (F/M)

A leading international truck manufacturer is actively seeking an Assistance 24H-Service Coordinator to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by organizing, optimizing and coordinating their customer assistance services assistance in Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, coordinate and approve all daily activities related to 24H service.
• Manage, monitor and internally report monthly on budgets and resources made available to the service.
• Ensure a high level of efficiency in assisting customers and dealing with their complaints, where necessary in collaboration with the Group's internal departments.
• Oversee the training and involvement of S24h technicians.
• Ensure operations are in compliance with KDM regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with authorized dealers and implement necessary initiatives to ensure their adaptability.

Ideal Profile:

• You are fluent in French, English, Flemish.
• You have significant experience on a similar function within the industry.
