Morgan Philips Executive Search is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruitment Specialist on behalf of a start-up company in the field of cardiology. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to developing innovative solutions in heart failure. The role is remote, with extensive travel across Europe, particularly near Poland, Germany, Belgium, Lithuania, or the Czech Republic.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet study enrollment goals.

Collaborate with clinical sites, principal investigators, and study coordinators to ensure effective recruitment plans.

Provide training and support to site staff and project teams on recruitment methodologies.

Act as the subject matter expert for patient recruitment and retention topics across studies.

Identify and engage potential clinical study sites.

Partner with clinical research associates and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and study-specific solutions.

Analyze data to refine strategies and implement risk mitigation plans.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships with investigators, site staff, and internal teams.

Proficient in data analysis and decision-making to optimize recruitment performance.

Deep knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the drug development process.

Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willing to travel frequently (up to 80%) across Europe to clinical sites.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (e.g., biology, epidemiology, public health).

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medtech industry and clinical study research.

Experienced in cardiology

Proven expertise in patient recruitment, ideally within heart failure studies.

Fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus.
