About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Cluster General Manager to oversee two luxury properties nestled in one of Switzerland’s most prestigious ski resorts. One of the hotels is already in operation and will undergo a comprehensive renovation, while the second is a new project slated to open in 2027. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of two iconic destinations and play a leading role in the continued growth of a world-class hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall Leadership of both properties, with a strategic vision for operations, guest experience, brand alignment, and financial performance.
- Oversee the renovation of the currently operating hotel, maintaining operational excellence during the transformation.
- Lead the pre-opening and launch of the second hotel, ensuring all elements from staffing to service standards are executed at a luxury level.
- Foster a culture of excellence in service and authenticity in guest experience that reflects the values of top-tier luxury hospitality.
- Manage and develop a strong executive team, ensuring alignment and engagement across both hotels.
- Drive excellence in F&B operations, with a hands-on approach and a passion for culinary and beverage innovation.
- Ensure both properties maintain and exceed brand standards across all departments.
- Maintain strong owner and stakeholder relations, with regular reporting on KPIs, progress, and market insights.
- Lead sustainability and wellness initiatives aligned with modern luxury guest expectations.
- Engage actively with the local alpine community and represent the hotel group within local tourism, luxury, and hospitality networks.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior hotel leadership roles within top-tier luxury brands (e.g. Aman, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, etc.).
- Proven experience in hotel openings, rebrandings, or major renovations is essential.
- Deep understanding of luxury resort operations, particularly in seasonal, alpine, or remote locations.
- Strong background in Food & Beverage operations with an innovative and guest-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-property operations with attention to both strategic and on-the-ground details.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative management style and cultural sensitivity.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Willing and enthusiastic about living full-time in a ski resort environment and engaging with an active mountain lifestyle.
