Our client, a key player in the clinical research services sector, offers solutions for the supply of medical devices. As part of its development and to support its strong growth, it is looking for a Customer Success Manager F/M.
Your role will be to support your teams, customers and manage high value-added projects. You are now positioning yourself as a leader in business development. This position will be the link between customer relations and commercial strategy.

Business Development
- Lead and coach the sales team
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Design business proposals and presentations
- Drive revenue growth
- Contribute to the business strategy
- Lead and manage the team in relation to Key Accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Act as an advocate for customers within the company
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support to customers
- Advise customers on the use of products and services
- Identify opportunities to improve products and services
Leadership and Skills:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, able to guide and develop teams.
- Customer-focused, passionate about customer success.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) and openness to other foreign languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Autonomous, dynamic and collaborative, with a strong capacity for analysis and initiative.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and commitment.
