Financial Controller

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join the team of one of our clients, a rapidly growing company in the B2B SaaS sector. You will be responsible for financial management, overseeing accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting financial decision-making through thorough analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Requirements:

• Management of the accounting/controlling function across multiple entities, including treasury, audit, and local compliance.
• International experience, preferably in Europe.
• Improvement of systems and processes in key areas such as sales and marketing.
• Participation in the implementation of financial and accounting systems across multiple entities.
• Support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and integrations.
• Fluency in English.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience in investor-backed companies (PE, VC).
• Experience in fast-growing companies, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Experience in treasury and the full investment cycle.
• Experience in the Big Four.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial roles and 5 years in financial controlling.

Skills:

• Attention to detail, effective communication, problem-solving skills, advanced IT skills (Excel), leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage under pressure.
