Our client, a leading institution in the Financial Services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join their team as a Manager for Cash Management Payments within their Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization that values innovation and excellence in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Cash Management Payments team, ensuring efficient processing of payment transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance cash management services and payment solutions for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment processes, improve client experience, and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze payment transaction metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients regarding payment inquiries and issue resolution.
- Lead projects aimed at expanding payment capabilities, including the integration of new technologies and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining high standards of risk management and control.
- Provide ongoing training and development to team members to foster a high-performing work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or further qualifications are preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cash management, payments, or related financial services areas, preferably within a banking or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of payment products, services, and regulatory requirements (SEPA, SWIFT, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement actionable solutions.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and driving performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools; familiarity with payment processing platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are advantageous.
