Manager Legal - Alternative Funds F/M - Fiduciary

I am seeking an experienced Manager Legal -  Alternative Funds to join a dynamic and fast growing fiduciary in Luxembourg Cloche d’or. The structure is composed of about 40 employees, divided into different departments (compliance, accounting, legal …).

As a Manager Corporate Alternative Funds in a new team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for leading and coaching the team in charge of supervising the onboarding of new clients. Your main focus will be to provide our clients with a unique, distinctive and qualitative experience at their onboarding. You will work closely with the different teams of the company, the lawyers, the notaries, and the banks to ensure seamless coordination through the onboarding process.
 
Key responsibilities :

• Lead, coach and work closely with the team in charge of supervising the onboarding of new clients;
• Be the initial point of contact for our future clients, managing the daily coordination between future clients, the different teams of the company, the lawyers, the notaries, and the banks;
• Draft and review services agreements with future clients;
• Work with a pool of experts in charge of performing initial and ongoing KYC/AML duties;
• Continuously seek ways to provide clients with a unique, distinctive and qualitative experience at their onboarding;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.

 
Qualifications:

• Hold a diploma in Business Management, Law or Economics;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment especially client interactions;
• Strong knowledge and experience in Fund Services, Asset Services or Corporate Services;
• Fluent in French and English is required;
• Be dynamic with an excellent relationship;
• Ability to prioritize important workload;
• Display a positive and a can-do attitude.
