We’re seeking a Senior HR Director for a leading company in the field of ICT (Information Communications Technology). The ideal candidate shall have the experience of leading a HR functional team as a regional/global leader, plus an HRBP role for a business unit/group. Fluent English speaking and experience of working in an international environment will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage one global HR function team. Develop and implement standardized HR policies and practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Work closely with the corporate CHRO as a right-hand person to improve the HR processes and systems that meet the needs of the company.
- Sharing best practices and providing expertise to HR professionals in different regions.
- Continuous improvement and innovation in human resources as it related to improving processes, addressing performance, creating action plans and ensuring proper training and development of employees.
- Serve as a go-to resource for other HR professionals and business units, offering in-depth expertise, guidance, and support.
- Take a greater responsibility gradually and conduct several different critical, international assignments when required.
Requirements:
- 10-20 years in Human Resources function with experiences of leading/managing a regional or international HR team. Preferred industries: Semiconductors, Electronics or Electrical Manufacturing, Industrials Automation, and Information (Communication) Technology.
- Minimum 5 years in a people managerial position. Ideal team size: 10+. HR Generalist and/or Business Partner experience will be an advantage.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with HR Information Systems, labor laws & regulations, and at least 1 HR function among compensations & benefits, recruitment, talent management, and training & development.
- Track records of successfully managing a high-performance HR team, building diverse current and future organizational capability through talent, development and employee experience; taking an active role in developing and mentoring at all levels.
- Ability and experience of working with people from different sectors and regions. Actively engage with the senior leaders of the company to support strategic decision making.
- Full working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
