Sr. SAP Engineer (Hybrid Work)

Role Overview

Our client, a leading company in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior SAP Engineer to support the operation and optimization of their Financial Accounting (FI) module. This position will be responsible for managing vendor invoice processes and bank reconciliation interfaces, while closely collaborating with overseas departments. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with the SAP FI module and be fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and continuously optimize the SAP FI module.
• Manage vendor invoice processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of bank reconciliation interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with overseas departments to resolve system issues and provide technical support.
• Write and maintain relevant documentation, including process maps, user manuals, and training materials.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects, providing expert advice and technical guidance.
• Stay updated on new features and best practices related to the SAP FI module and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP FI module, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• In-depth understanding of vendor invoice processes and bank reconciliation interface implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with overseas departments.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
