A prestigious global investment firm is seeking an Executive & Investor Relations Coordinator (F/M) to provide comprehensive investor-focused support, including organizational, administrative, and client-facing responsibilities for senior leadership and institutional investor clients. This multifaceted role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage investor relations while maintaining strong communication and rapport with key stakeholders. The role also involves balancing these client-facing duties with high-level executive tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient support for Head of investors.

Investor Relations Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors.
- Prepare client-facing documents like reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Tailor investor communication to meet their specific needs.
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events.
- Ensure seamless communication and logistics for client interactions.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Manage administrative tasks such as document management, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
- Coordinate team meetings, conference calls, and virtual events across global offices.
- Track budgets and expenses.
- Provide regular updates on financial performance and cost efficiency.
- At least 5 years of experience in both executive support and client-facing roles, ideally within the financial services or investment management sectors, with a strong ability to manage high-level administrative tasks and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an emphasis on client relations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages being an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and communication tools.
