Our client, a prominent player in the financial sector, is seeking an experienced Trilingual Office Manager F/M to join their team in Luxembourg City.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the organization’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Finance Support:
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense reporting, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely processing of payments and other financial transactions.

Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication within the office and with external partners.
Your profile:
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- Fluency in French, English, and German.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
