Risk Manager F/M - Funds

Our recruitment firm is supporting a well-established management company based in Luxembourg in strengthening its Risk team.
The company offers a human-sized, agile environment with strong team collaboration and is easily accessible by public transport.
Reporting directly to the Conducting Officer in charge of risk management, you will play a key role in monitoring, assessing, and managing risks related to UCITS and AIF funds.

Key Responsibilities : 

• You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the risk management framework in line with CSSF regulations.
• Your duties will include conducting risk analyses (market, liquidity, counterparty, etc.), monitoring key risk indicators, and producing regular reports.
• You will also participate in risk committees, work closely with compliance, portfolio management, and valuation teams, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across risk-related processes and tools.

Profile :

• We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in risk management within a fund environment.
• A solid understanding of UCITS and AIF products as well as Luxembourg regulatory requirements is essential.
• You should be comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently are key qualities for success in this role.
