We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Compliance Officer to join an investment management firm to be based in Luxembourg city.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the RC/MLRO, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations for funds and the management company.
- Conduct and oversee annual AML/CTF risk assessments for the organization and funds under management.
- Prepare and present reports on AML/CTF activities to senior leadership, governance committees, and fund boards.
- Serve as the escalation point for onboarding processes involving high-risk or complex investors.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust AML programs that comply with regulatory standards and align with internal best practices.
- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance operations across fund management, administration, and client services.
- Manage regulatory audits and examinations, addressing any findings and ensuring resolution of compliance issues.
- Update and maintain AML-related policies, ensuring they reflect regulatory updates and operational practices.
- Lead initiatives to integrate new regulatory requirements into existing compliance frameworks.
- Significant experience in AML compliance, ideally in a senior role such as RC or MLRO.
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably within investment management.
- Strong track record of interacting with senior executives and boards, with the ability to provide sound advice and support.
- Demonstrated experience managing regulatory examinations and implementing recommendations.
- Exceptional project management and process improvement skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to adapt to new challenges and deliver results in complex environments.
