We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Reportings Officer F/M with expertise in CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) financial reporting to join the financial team of a leading bank. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring precise and timely reporting to regulatory authorities, supporting our dedication to transparency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with CSSF regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reporting.
- Monitor changes in CSSF regulations and requirements, implementing necessary updates to reporting processes and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating regulatory audits and examinations, including preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Provide expertise and guidance on CSSF reporting requirements to internal teams, including finance, compliance, and legal departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a focus on CSSF regulatory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of CSSF regulations and reporting standards, including CRD IV, COREP, and FINREP.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
