We are currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join the Fund Finance team of a prominent real estate asset investment company based in Luxembourg. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance team in a company known for its dynamic approach to asset management and its strong growth trajectory across Europe.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to a broad range of financial operations, regulatory matters, and fund structures in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quarterly NAV consolidation and support the preparation of IFRS and INREV-compliant data
- Assist with transaction support, including intercompany reconciliations and coordination with joint ventures
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for loan administration, invoice processing, and cash management
- Monitor and maintain alphabet shares and ensure compliance with tax structuring requirements
- Manage and track legal documentation for new investments and provide oversight of local SPVs
- Support technical accounting matters, including regulatory filings (CIT, VAT, annual accounts) and investor side letter reporting
- Act as a key contact for group consolidation audit queries
- Contribute to the quarterly investor reporting process and handle various ad hoc finance projects as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CA) completed or in progress
- At least 4 years of experience as an auditor, with a focus on European real estate fund structures
- Solid technical expertise in IFRS and INREV reporting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adaptable to working with various financial systems
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong attention to detail
