Tax lawyer – Senior or Counsel – Law firm (F/M)

Our client is a leading independent European corporate law firm.
In order to reinforce their teams, they are currently looking for a Tax Lawyer, German speaker.
The level of seniority and responsibilities will be adapted to the recruited candidate.

It ranges from Senior to Counsel position.
 
Responsibilities:

• providing Luxembourg tax and corporate advice;
• sharing in depth expertise to enhance the team knowledge and structures;
• managing the team members in strategic tax initiatives and continuous screening of national and European tax legislation;
• conducting legal research in national and cross-border legislation and case law.

 
Profile:

• at least 5 years of experience as Tax Lawyer in a Luxembourgish law firm or Big 4;
• registered with the Luxembourg Bar or an equivalent European Bar;
• strong organisation and excellent communication, writing and analytical skills;
• strong team player, motivated, proactive and flexible, with a business development and entrepreneur attitude;
• fluent in written and spoken German and English.
