AML Transfer Agency Manager F/M

My client is a human-sized PSF with a team of 9 people, based in Luxembourg City, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. This is a newly created position, providing an exciting opportunity to shape and influence the role from the ground up.

You will oversee a portfolio of clients, working collaboratively within a team, and supervising team members to ensure clients' needs are met.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• KYC Management and Onboarding: Manage onboarding processes and ongoing reviews of investors, handling KYC requests and maintaining accurate KYC information in all relevant systems. Track and obtain missing KYC information from Relationship Management teams, clients, and investors.
• Regulatory and Process Implementation: Lead the operational implementation of regulatory updates, evaluate and modify processes as necessary, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• KPI Reporting and Senior Management Communication: Produce and deliver monthly and quarterly KPI reports to clients, provide regular KPIs to senior management, and prepare follow-up packs for committee discussions.
• Team Development and Supervision: Appraise team members, establish development and training plans, share expertise with colleagues, coach team members, and act as a role model for new joiners.
• Document and Shareholder Register Management: Assist in reviewing formal documents such as subscription and services agreements, maintain the shareholder register for clients' funds, and manage various investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, and transfers.

Your profiles :

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Debt Fund, or Hedge Fund Administration, including transfer agency, register keeping, and Compliance, with a strong AML/KYC background.
• Excellent understanding of the fund industry, holding and finance structures.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• Ability to interact effectively, both orally and in writing, with contacts at all seniority levels within and outside the company.
• Possess team spirit, the ability to build strong client relationships, and the initiative to act independently when appropriate.
