Banking Regulatory Officer F/M

For our client, a leading international private bank, we are currently looking for a Regulatory Reporting Officer to join its Operations Department and report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Your Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for compliance reports in accordance with the MIF II Directive.
• You will ensure that the various reporting tools are correctly configured and that the data is of good quality.
• You will ensure that the various reporting tools are correctly configured.
• You will participate in our client's projects to optimize reporting and follow their regulatory developments by participating in information sessions.
• You will manage relations with the Belgian authorities.
• You will prepare and send regulatory reports (payment statistics, fraud, FATCA, CRS, PCC...) to the Belgian authorities.
• You will raise awareness among employees about the importance of reporting.
• You will manage the bank's business continuity plan and update procedures with compliance departments.

Your Profile:

• You have a Master's degree in finance or project management, with a specialization in Risk and Compliance Management.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in the banking/audit/consulting sector.
• You have a good knowledge of digital tools, especially Excel.
• You are familiar with the regulatory environment related to reporting.
• You have already been involved in reporting or projects to implement it within an organization.
• You are rigorous, have a good analytical mind and are able to summarize.
• You are a team player and have good interpersonal skills.
